Akash Kumar Singh – Director
Akash brings deep expertise in digital technology policy. He has served as a Consultant to the Government of India, was a South Asia Public Policy Fellow at Access Now, and a LAMP Fellow. His leadership anchors the organisation’s policy vision and strategic direction.
Shivam Shankar Singh – Lead (Data Analytics)
A leading data analyst, campaign strategist, and author of two national bestsellers, Shivam has advised political and corporate campaigns across India. He is a former LAMP Fellow (2015–16) and a Schwarzman Scholar (2022). At Policy Matrix, he leads our data-driven initiatives and research.
Natbar Rai – Advocacy Officer
With a strong academic background in International Relations and Engineering, Natbar specialises in foreign policy, human rights, and global affairs. A prolific writer and experienced outreach professional, he fosters strategic partnerships and contributes to Policy Matrix’s international engagement.
Santosh Kumar Dubey – Lead (Non Profit Engagement)
With grassroots experience as a political advisor and implementer of government schemes, Santosh now works on child rights advocacy with Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi. He drives non-profit engagement strategies at Policy Matrix.
Akshara Bharat – Lead (Geopolitics) & Secretary, Youth for Responsible Governance (YRG)
Akshara is a geopolitical analyst and writer, tracking global developments and their impact on India. She is Team Lead at Strat News Global, a key platform for international affairs, and a 2023 Vedica Scholar.
Siddhartha Ghosh – Joint Secretary, Youth for Responsible Governance (YRG)
Siddhartha works at the intersection of policy and youth engagement. As a core member of the Youth for Responsible Gaming initiative, he writes on contemporary policy challenges and promotes evidence-based dialogue.
